Introduction

2. Features

    

     1) Like a 5 cm width of the color belt, which is cleverly folded in a ring airbag. The airbag is equipped with a manual or automatic inflation valve. The valve is installed with a 17 grams of high-pressure gas cylinder filling with carbon dioxide gas. Cylinder's metal sealing will never leak. The air bag is made of 210D nylon composite TPU fabric formed by high-frequency thermal synthesis. It is tied up around waist when people work or do sports on water, it will not affect the movement and operation.

     

    2) when people unfortunately fell into the water or maritime distress happens, pull inflation valve open, air bag is filled immediately with air by high-pressure gas cylinder, cloth belt then becomes a life buoy. Place it under arms. Buoyancy is more than 9 kg, making a person even more than 120 kgs float in the water.

 

     3) automatic pneumatic valve is fitted with water-sensitive components  and spring on the basis of manual pneumatic valve. When people fell into the water, the valve body soaks in water, sensitive components quickly melt and then the spring will expand, spring tip pierces  gas cylinder, high-pressure gas is rapidly inflated ringlike air bag cloth belt then becomes a life buoy.

     4) HS-02 inflatable belt buoy is made of  highly environmental friendly TPU composite fabrics, applying advanced mold heat sealing process, equipping with mini high-pressure gas cylinder and automatic pneumatic valve. The products meet the International Maritime Organization (IMO) SOLAS Convention standards and have been inspected and approved by the China Classification Society.

      5) Application: offshore construction, water sports and coastal vessels.
